Ab apne right haath ko seedha samne fhelayein aur saath hi left pair ko piche ki taraf bilkul seedha karein. 5 seconds rukie, phir normal position mein aaiye. Ab yahi cheez left haath aur right pair ke saath karein. Ise dono taraf 10-10 baar karein.
